Excellent location.
Not a place for the holiday maker.

Clean and functional, useful for the business travel. Limited facilities in the hotel, had to go out for food.

Location was a plus. Macy and Penn Station a block away.
Very small room and bathroom.

Maybe it was just a New York thing, but I was very surprised by the small room and bathroom. Enough room for a bed and desk. No walking room. That being said, we did only sleep in the room and didn't need the room hanging out and relaxing. We spent all our time enjoying the sights of New York. ...read more

Views, hotel staff and
accommodations.
Paying for luggage to be temporarily stored away for a few hours.

If you want a hotel that is literally across the street from MSG, next to every form of public transportation you could need, in walking distance from all types of shopping pleasures and scenic looks, at a reasonable price with awesome hotel staff nice rooms with great views, then you should choose the New Yorker hotel. ...read more

It was in a good location
and adequate for 1 night stay.
The amount of check-in clerks needs to increase.

Even though the room was on the small side, it was adequate for 2 people and everything seemed to be quite clean.

Liked the room.
House keeping woke me up at 3:30am banging on doors and yelling house keeping.

Tell the house keeping staff to keep quiet in the wee hours of the morning.

It's location is pretty good, close to the subway and Times Square.
The room was very small, the bathroom was obviously redone, but still very old.

Close to subway stop.
